Building My Path: The Journey to Becoming an Engineer

In 15 years, I envision myself as a successful engineer, not just by title but by the impact I have on the world around me. My dream is to contribute to the development of sustainable technologies that can help address global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, and environmental degradation. I see myself working in a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with experts in various fields, driving innovation, and ensuring that my solutions benefit society as a whole.

I want to be the kind of engineer who not only excels in technical expertise but also in leadership, guiding a team toward achieving its goals and fostering an environment of creativity and growth. In 15 years, I hope to have earned recognition for my work, not just in my field, but for my role in pushing the boundaries of what is possible.

Success, to me, goes beyond personal achievement. It’s about the legacy I leave behind: making a positive, lasting impact on the world and inspiring future generations of engineers—especially young women, who need to see that engineering is a field for everyone, regardless of gender.
